How to Get to SouthPark
The SouthPark area is centered at the intersection of Fairview and Sharon Roads.
There are several ways to get to SouthPark from the Uptown area. The easiest way is to take Providence Road south to Fairview Rd. and head into SouthPark.
Real Estate in SouthPark
SouthPark's neighborhoods boast beautiful older homes. The houses were built in the 1970s and 1980s on larger properties and have established trees and sidewalks. There are also new estates being built in the area as well as attractive and popular townhomes.
What to do in SouthPark, NC
SouthPark is jam-packed full of wonderful things to do. The obvious one is the SouthPark Mall—filled with tons of high-end stores. The Harris YMCA a community center with children’s activities, exercise equipment and classes, organized rec sports and more.
Other things to do include visiting the Morrocroft Mansion, listen to a free concert at the Symphony Park amphitheatre in the summer and at the holidays, the annual Christmas tree lighting on Thanksgiving Day are all spectacular.
